I was amazed by the unparalleled service and treatment I received from Dynasty Collision. The minute I contacted them, Peter sent a tow truck for my son's wrecked Jeep and brought it to their shop immediately. I honestly chose this facility at first, because they would waive our $1,000 deductible, but after all they did for me, I have to say, I was truly blessed by the experience! The communication was outstanding- Peter, Zach, and Ryan were in constant contact with me regarding every step of the estimate and insurance claim process. It turned out the Jeep was a total loss, but Peter and Ryan were instrumental in my negotiations with the insurance company. Despite the fact that I didn't have any repairs done at their shop, these guys went above and beyond to help me-they treated me like family and words can't express how grateful I am for their help!

Zach, at Dynasty Collison, was absolutely wonderful and really helped me get my vehicle back on the road in a timely manner! I had a complicated case, but he was able to work w me and make my Durango look beautiful again! Not to mention, he kept the services within my budget! He also provided an extra service that I requested, even though it is not typically offered at an auto body shop. When I picked up my vehicle (which he sent a driver to pick me up from work), to my surprise, he had my vehicle cleaned inside and out. I would HIGHLY recommend Zach for his excellent customer service while easing my stress, and Dynasty Collison for all your auto body needs!! You will not be disappointed!!

Yesterday, I visited the shop with a dent on the back of my car and asked for an estimate. Then I met Zack and he examined the dent and promptly fixed it without any additional charges.
